The content of the Manor Curtains website is subject to change without customer/user notice. No warranty or guarantee of the information and products is provided by Manor Curtains or any third parties. Your use of any purchase from this website is entirely at your own risk and Manor Curtains cannot be liable; you must bear the risks which are associated with use of the internet and internet retail. Unauthorised use of our website is a criminal offence and any offender shall be prosecuted by the law. These Terms and Conditions; along with your use of this website; are governed by English Law and as such you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Court. Orders
All Prices will be quoted at the current price on the date of order including VAT at the current rate. Payment must be made at point of order.

Curtains & Measurements
Any goods shown on the Manor Curtains website are displayed and described to the best of our ability, but please bear in mind that certain colour shades may display differently on different computer monitors and may not turn out to be a fully accurate representation of the actual fabric. We do not offer samples of readymade curtains, but if you would like more information about a particular readymade, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we would be glad to help.

All sizes are approximate. Curtains are sold by the pair. Curtain measurements shown are for the pair. Drop tolerance is approximately 1 to 2 centimeters.

Payment
Manor Curtains accepts payment via Paypal VISA Credit, VISA Electron (Debit), MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards. When you make an order on the Manor Curtains website, you will receive confirmation email of your order and of payment. This is to indicate that we have received your order, and that payment has been received. Due to the nature of internet retail, your card is charged the full amount at the point of sale. If you have a problem making payment online you can contact us by telephone to pay by card. Please telephone 01233 666115 and speak to one of our team.

Availability
All goods are offered subject to availability and Manor Curtains cannot be held responsible for products that become discontinued. Delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery is not the essence of the contract. We endeavour to let the customer know as soon as possible if any item is out of stock or discontinued.

In the case of a customer ordering a product that has been discontinued yet is inadvertently still available for purchase on our site, one of our team will get in touch as soon as possible to arrange a refund or a replacement item of similar value, and any extra payment or refund that may be incurred.

Delivery
The following delivery charges are for UK customers with mainland addresses only, subject to condition 1a). Manor Curtains reserves the right to charge any additional delivery costs to areas outside the mainland. These include the Highlands & Islands. Deliveries to these areas are classed as non-standard delivery. Costs will be calculated before dispatch. Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith, but are not subject of any warranty condition, and time shall not be of the essence of the contract in these respects. No Liability will attach to Manor Curtains if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever.

1a) Delivery charges to standard areas are:-

orders of £ 0.00 to £10.00  -  delivery is £2.95 ex vat
orders of £11.00 to £30.00  -  delivery is £4.95 ex vat
orders of £31.00 to £70.00  -  delivery is £6.95 ex vat
orders of £70.00 and over  -  delivery is £7.95 ex vat

Force Majure
Manor Curtains shall not be liable to the customer, or deemed to be in breach of any contract with the customer, by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations to the goods. If the delay or failure was due to force majure or any other cause beyond its control.

Warranty And Returns Information
Please check the item description for details Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Please make sure that the item you are ordering is suitable for the application you intend. Goods which have been ordered or delivered incorrectly will be accepted for return with prior approval from Manor Curtains. A Return number will be given for the item returned. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are appropriately packed in original packaging, and have not been used. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all goods returned.

Customers are responsible for returning all goods ensuring that they are packaged suitably and for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt. The product must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled.  Carriage charges for returning any goods to us shall be the responsibility of the customer. Claims for damaged goods must be reported by 12:00 midday the following day after the delivery has taken place. Furthermore we shall be under no liability if the defect or failure, within reason, arises from wilful damage or misuse, negligence by the customer or third party, failure to follow the manufactures instructions, or alterations or repair to goods without prior notice from us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
